Opposite Steve Levy during the Ultimate Sourcing Rumble was none other than Dean Da Costa. Dean is the godfather of sourcing - having spoken at countless conferences, trained companies, mentored so many individuals, and created useful tools and platforms for anyone in Talent Acquisition. You probably know all about Da Costa’s SSAR tool, but he showed us his Sourcing Links tool during his hour-long session.

Da Costas has created a super powerful OSINT tool called Sourcing Links. He has made it very easy to download and bookmark the tool and has even added a How To to go with it. During his presentation, he showed us a few features on his Sourcing Links version 2, which will be released to all soon. In the meantime, install version one and get familiar with it!

Da Costa is a veteran who lives in Washington. He has worked for companies such as HP and Microsoft and is coming up in his tenth year at Lockheed Martin. t where he is currently employed.
