Mike Santoro faced off (worked alongside) Jeremy Bonewitz in the penultimate hour of the Ultimate Sourcing Rumble event. Things that Mike covered included a great resource by Mike “Batman” Cohen and a tool of his own that should be released soon. Mike also showed how to search LinkedIn to find people that previously worked for a company in a specific role.

The Pennsylvanian currently works for AllSearch Recruiting in a Sourcer/Recruiter dual role. He has blogged for popular Sourcing publications, spoken at global events, and has been a part of the 12 Days of Sourcing.

Along with a passion for Talent Acquisition and building his own tools, The York College alum is a former professional baseball player and baseball coach.
