Ultimate Sourcing Rumble: Erin Mathew Talks Diversity Searches and Natural Language Searches

Erin Mathew kicked off the Ultimate Sourcing Rumble event back in December. The North Carolina resident demonstrated to host, Stacey Broadwell, and attendees from all over the world how to X-ray LinkedIn for diverse talent.

Erin showed the power of using the asterisk not just at the end of a word, but at the beginning of a search to look for groups such as Woman Who Code. Erin also discussed natural language searching, noting that Ask Jeeves was the first to feature this tech piece.

Erin has spoken at some of the largest Talent Acquisition conferences in the world and has worked in the healthcare, manufacturing, and tech industries, to name a few. You can usually catch Erin hanging out with her husband, son, and two adorable pups in her free time. She also likes to cook and explore all that North Carolina has to offer.
