Companies must meet the following criteria:
Founder/co-founder must attend
The product or service must be in the talent, recruiting, HR, workforce or related industry or serving those industries
There must be a working product, concepts alone will not be considered
The company must be less than 3 years old
Cannot be “spin-off product”, disguised as a startup, from parent company
Technology products and platforms only. Service-only companies will not be considered
All applications must be submitted by at least 30 days prior to the event
What startups can expect:
Opportunity to Pitch Product (5 Min) on Main Stage to panel of Judges & Talent Acquisition audience.
All-Access General Admission for Two Founders.
Booth w/ 2 chairs in Main Stage Area.
Logo on Digital Signage during event. Logo on website.
Great Food and Drinks.
Registration Cost: $500 per Founder
What Do Startups Win?
Exposure and low-cost marketing to target talent audience.
Prizes: VCs and sponsors have donated services or products in the past. Varies each year and not guaranteed.
